These terms govern your use of flipvisionpro.com and any services provided by Flip Vision Productions. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Plain language wherever possible. Last updated: 2026-05-06.

  1. Eligibility

By using flipvisionpro.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are booking on behalf of a couple or a planning company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

  1. Booking and contracts

Discovery calls are free. Coffee chats are free. A wedding booking only becomes binding once a written contract is signed and the retainer is paid through HoneyBook. The contract governs deliverables, timing, and cancellation terms.

  1. Use of content

Photography and film delivered to you are licensed for personal use, including unlimited reprints, social posts, and sharing with family. Commercial use, resale, or licensing to third parties (including venues, planners, or magazines) requires written permission. Flip Vision retains the right to use the work in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing.

  1. Cancellations and refunds

Retainers are non-refundable. Reschedules are handled case by case, with retainers typically transferring to a new date if the rescheduled wedding falls within twelve months. Full cancellation terms are in your signed contract.

  1. Liability

Flip Vision Productions takes the responsibility of your wedding day seriously. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or another circumstance that prevents the work from being delivered as agreed, we will work with you in good faith to provide a partial refund or alternative coverage. Liability is limited to the amount you have paid.
