Mini Photo Sessions – What to Expect

Session Availability
Mini sessions are offered on various dates throughout the season, giving you flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Locations
Sessions take place across several Lower Mainland locations, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Richmond, and Delta.

Session Length
Each mini session runs for approximately 20 minutes, designed to be quick, relaxed, and enjoyable.

Investment
The session fee is $249.

Style & Props
These are natural, outdoor lifestyle sessions focused on real moments rather than staged poses or themed setups. No props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring personal items if you’d like.

What You’ll Receive
You’ll receive 30 to 50 professionally edited digital images from your session.

Gallery Delivery
Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 1 week of your session date. The gallery will remain accessible for 2 weeks, allowing plenty of time to download your photos.

Arrival Reminder
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure we can start and finish your session on time.

Weather Policy
Sessions go ahead rain or shine. In the event of rain, clear umbrellas will be provided. You may also choose to reschedule or cancel if needed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Please contact the photographer directly by text message and email at info@flipvisionpro.com
